I Heard the Bells at Christmas is a six-song Christmas album that had its seed in the previously released Morrison Hawkes single “I Heard The Bells at Christmas”. Morrison Hawkes found success in that release and wanted to extend that into a full album.

Produced by Brent Bodrug and Morrison Hawkes, the album featured Jeff Morrison on lead vocals and harmonica, Tim Hawkes on guitar and vocals, Drew Birston on bass, Roger Travassos on drums and Brent Bodrug on keys. Morrison Hawkes donated the proceeds of sales to The Centre For Abuse Awareness and their Christmas initiative. Morrison Hawkes embarked on a three-month live performance tour, part of which was supported by grocery chain Longo’s, part of which was supported by grocery chain Longo’s.
